During the Network at risk period work will be carried out on the network equipment in House 54, South West Campus. Students in the house may notice a 10 minute outage between 7am and 730am while the work is carried out.

During the Network at Risk period essential maintenance will be carried out on the network equipment in the Charles Carter building. There will be no access to the network during this time. Phones in the Charles Carter building with extension beginning with 10xxx will be unable to make or receive calls during this period as well.

Work will commence at 0600 and be completed by 0630.

Planon will be unavailable between 12:00 and 13:00 on Thursday 17th May while essential maintenance takes place.

The LUVLE service will be unavailable on Wednesday 16th May between 14:30 and 15:00 whilst ISS carry out essential maintenance.

Although this should only affect VLE spaces with external logins, the entire LUVLE service should be considered 'at risk'.

Tuesdays 07:00 to 09:00 - 'Network at Risk' for JANET and Internet access.
Tuesdays 06:00 to 09:00 - 'Network at Risk' for the University network.
Wednesdays 13:00 to 18:00 - 'Systems at Risk' any University central server could be unavailable for maintenance.

Wherever possible, at least 7 days notice is given of work during the Systems or Network 'at risk' periods.
